Over 35 years of professional experience has placed Ken Gomberg in a well-respected position within the construction industry in South Florida. Since age 22, Ken has been involved in the home building business. Upon starting his involvement with the construction maintenance company, GDG, in 1977, Ken went on to major in and receive a degree in Construction Management and a minor in the study of Architecture from FIU. Ken started Kenner Homes after obtaining his general contractor’s license in 1987.
Ken’s hands on learning experience enables him to understand all aspects of building a home, from the viewpoint of his subcontractors and suppliers to most importantly – the feelings and possible fears of his clients. As a result, Ken is able to calm even the most apprehensive of clients and simplify the home building experience. His relationship with his clients, his care, approachability and hand holding philosophy allows the building process with Kenner to be a wonderful, exciting and satisfying experience for his clients from start to finish.
Ken’s attention to detail, his high standards and his refusal to accept anything less than excellence allows Ken to create and construct some of the finest built, award winning homes in the South Florida area- specifically, Pinecrest, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Ken’s passion and love of what he does is evident in every Kenner Home. As a result of his commitment, Ken’s staff is always improving on their already innovative and creative ideas. Ken never sits back and accepts things to remain in status quo, but rather he continues to and strives to surpass excellence.
