It is our greatest pleasure to write this letter of appreciation to accredit such an incredible group of people. Our experience working with Ken, Nadine and their crew was so effortless that it seems unreal. We remember sitting down and making that final decision to build and go forth with interviewing potential contractors. As we spread the news to our family and friends, we were bombarded with negativity about how horrible of an experience it will be. The warnings of shady contractors and empty promises were flooding in. We were truly nervous being that it was our first time and had little experience with the procedure.

After our first meeting with Ken, we immediately felt at ease with our decision. Kenner Construction, Inc. was a referral by one of our friends who had just built a house with Ken and kept singing their praises. They told us how Ken is a person of his word and very professional. They also told us that he was a perfectionist and oversaw all of the projects being done from the first step to the last. Thankfully for us, they were absolutely correct. From the beginning, we felt as though we can trust this team. Nadine was amazing at keeping us at a steady timetable and on track. She was fun, energetic and creative in helping put together the details of the home. We don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Hilda was so sweet and efficient. She helped make everything run smoothly. We could call her about anything. The personal attention you get is immeasurable. It was a pleasure working with all of them.

We could never express how exciting and happy it was to walk into our completed, beautiful home. We’re very thankful for your efforts, for your demands for quality, for your late hours, and all the blood, sweat and tears that went into our home. We appreciate it. You were right there along with us for the ride and it was great! We would gladly do it again.

Janice and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to both of you for making our dream home come true. We never thought that building our custom home would be so enjoyable.

When we purchased an old home in Pinecrest, our intention right from the start was to build new. As soon as we closed on the property, we began interviewing several of the best builders in the area. In my line of work, I see the best and worst construction in Miami-Dade. I hear the horror stories from families with unfinished and or poorly constructed homes. So choosing the right builder was paramount. When all the interviewing was completed the clear choice was to use Kenner Construction.

The process was simple. You and Nadine clearly are the best team in the industry. Ken is a hands-on builder, always available and at the site all the time from start to finish. Nadine is the most talented interior designer in the business. Both of you were always available to speak with us and answer our questions or concerns. Selecting our flooring, lighting, countertops etc. were accomplished with such ease and you made the process exciting and fun.

Ken Gomberg built a custom home for my family and me in 1999-2000. Responsive to our needs, questions and any concerns we may have had and compulsive about details; he is a professional in every sense of the word. Ken delivered whatever he promised in a timely fashion and of the highest quality.

I was always told the process of building your dream home would be a trying and overwhelming experience. On the contrary, working with Kenner Homes was such a good experience, that I actually have built two homes with them. The entire process- from design to finishes, was well thought out and detailed to perfection. Rather than daunting, the experience was exciting and satisfying. Both homes built by Kenner for my family are nothing less than top quality custom workmanship. There is a certain feeling of confidence that things will be done to the highest standards possible when you work with Kenner Homes. I would highly recommend them and would even build a third!

After looking at over 140 homes in the Miami area, both vintage and new, we purchased a new home from Kenner Construction in 2003 in Coconut Grove. When we first toured the home it was approximately 80% complete. From that moment, we knew Kenner was our builder. The quality and attention to detail was superb. The Kenner team, Ken, Nadine and Todd were great to deal with in all aspects all the way through closing.

A year and a half later we needed a larger home with more outdoor space and yard for our three dogs. We turned to Kenner Construction and purchased a new 8 bedroom, 8 1/2 baths on an acre of land in the exclusive Ponce Davis area. Once again, the quality and craftsmanship was phenomenal. The home was recently featured in the Fall 2007 issue of Florida Architecture. We have enjoyed living in both homes and have established an excellent working relationship with Kenner.
Our next adventure with Kenner Construction will be a custom built home.

 

After Hurricane Andrew when my wife and I were in the market to purchase a new custom built home, everyone assured me that it would be the most stressful and worst 18 months of my life. I can honestly say they were either 100 % wrong or they had never had the wonderful opportunity of working with Kenner Homes. Not only was the experience not stressful, it was quite enjoyable and very satisfying. The end product was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for and more. All deadlines were met and the quality and workmanship were impeccable.

Ken, from beginning to end you stood behind your product 100% and delivered us a home exactly when and how you promised from the start. You are a man of your word and one of the most honest businessmen I have ever been associated with. My wife and I are always very proud to recommend Kenner Homes to our friends and associates.
