We utilize budget-planning schedules, along with critical time selection schedules enabling us to deliver an on time and on budget completion of every home. Clients are constantly advised of scheduling selection details along with their own budgetary restrictions. In order to achieve this and maintain our highest of standards, we limit the number of homes under construction in any given period.
Design Assistance
We know that to many the selection process can be daunting. At Kenner you will be given a personalized design assistant to help you in selecting the finishes for your home, including but not limited to the selection of plumbing fixtures and appliances, cabinetry layout and designs, flooring, paint colors and millwork choices. Whether it be a new home, a renovation or an addition; you will be given guidance in selecting what you desire and what works for your home while remaining in budget.
